Rob Schmela is one of the founders of The Xcite Group. He currently oversees the optimization team and quality control of the company. Rob graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Marketing. As of yesterday he was also the head of HR but we are currently looking into some suspicious emails. He has a wonderful wife and is the father of two adorable kids, Kate & Evan.
