If you tried to find a competitor’s Facebook Ads today but couldn’t, it’s because the “Info & Ads” tab has been unceremoniously removed.

Most Pages are now running ads on Facebook, that’s a given. And The Zuck himself said there would be more transparency around ads. So now we can’t see them?

What’s up with that?

To be blunt, the Facebook Ads Library is what’s up with that.

The Ads Library allows you to look up any page on Facebook and see if they’re currently running ads or currently not running ads.

You can also search for associated pages, as well as which ads are running in which countries.

It looks like a great tool out of the box.

PS Just for fun, look up some political pages; you can see the cumulative spend by each page and the individual amount spent on each ad.
