Known to the majority of the employees at Xcite as ‘dad,’ he oversees the day to day operations of the company, keeping the tomfoolery in the office to a level that doesn’t get anyone in trouble. Ryan possesses a keen ability to manage many personality types, making him an exceptionally effective and approachable leader. He essentially keeps the entire Xcite ship on course.
